- Do I need to switch PMS?
- No. Your PMS stays exactly as it is. The website connects to it via API. Reservations, availability, and pricing all sync automatically.
- What happens to my existing bookings?
- Nothing. Your OTA listings keep running. The new site adds a direct channel alongside them. You can shift the balance over time as direct bookings grow.
- What if I want to stop?
- Cancel the monthly retainer anytime. You keep your domain, all your content (property descriptions, photos, guides), and all your data. We provide a 30-day transition period to help you or your new provider migrate everything. The underlying platform technology is licensed, not sold (similar to how Shopify or Squarespace works), so the custom codebase doesn't transfer, but everything that's yours stays yours.
